Bucket 3: products, refunds and contact
Bucket 3 is a small independent business that sells fixed-price digital packs: research reports, document packs and appeal drafts built from public information and the files you send us. You pay once, we email the pack within the stated time, and you decide what to do with it.

All prices are one-time, in US dollars, with no subscription and no extra fees. Payment is taken by card at checkout. Each pack is a digital file delivered by email.
Refund policy
Full refund if we can't deliver: if we can't produce your pack, or it arrives later than the stated delivery time, you get all your money back. We don't control decisions made by other companies (for example a platform's review team or a card network), so the refund covers our delivery, not their decision.
To ask for a refund, email james@bucket3.ai with your order email within 30 days. Refunds go back to the original card, usually within 5-10 business days.
Delivery
Every pack is a digital file (PDF and plain text) sent to the email used at checkout, within the delivery time shown for that product. Nothing is shipped.

Privacy
We use the details and files you send only to make your pack. We don't sell or share them, and we delete them 90 days after delivery unless you ask us to delete them sooner. We never ask for your passwords or account logins.
Terms of sale
- What you buy: a one-time digital pack (documents, research and drafts) for the case you describe at checkout, delivered by email within the time shown on the product page.
- What we don't do: we don't log into your accounts, submit anything on your behalf or contact anyone for you. We don't give legal, tax, financial or investment advice, and our packs are not appraisals, legal opinions or certified translations.
- No promised outcome: decisions by other companies, platforms, card networks or government offices are theirs. We can't promise a result.
- Your information: you confirm you have the right to share the files and details you send. We use them only to make your pack (see Privacy).
- Refunds: as in the refund policy above.
- Liability: if something goes wrong, our total liability is limited to the price you paid for the pack.
- Governing law: Ontario, Canada.
